Workshops, like the classes and groups at Lightdancer Healing Institute, focus around a particular topic of learning and healing. A group dynamic of support and safety is promoted throughout.
Healing processes, meditations, rituals, and sacred song add to the material and discussions for further enrichment.
Lightdancer workshops are scheduled on weekends - Saturday for one day workshops and Saturday/Sunday for two day workshops. This format provides much healing condensed into a short amount of time.
Weather permitting, some workshop processes are held outside around meaningful altars created by the participants.
