Groups and classes at Lightdancer Healing Institute are designed to provide both learning and support. As such, each gathering revolves around a particular topic, while a healing group dynamic is promoted at the same time.
At each meeting the facilitator/teacher brings with her much preparation and experience pertaining to a healing subject. Self-awareness and spiritual expansion then are assisted through various processes, exercises and healing meditations.
Every group is essentially a healing community. Within this community a safe setting is created for sharing ones process in a comfortable way and receiving what support is needed. The nurturing space which evolves in each group is truly astonishing. It brings truth to the phrase
